As Westchester County’s first affordable “green” building, the 102-unit Garito Manor was built with sustainability in mind, using technology and materials that not only decreases the building’s impact on the environment but also economizes costs. Our apartments contain a Trane heat pump unit with individual thermostat control for customized heating and cooling preferences.
Garito Manor was designed by Perkins Eastman Architects and built by Andron Construction Company.
